The service

Sitetools runs quality checks on marketing websites — in your build or against live URLs — and returns reports. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

Only submit sites and URLs you own or are authorised to check. Do not use Sitetools to attack, overload, or gain unauthorised access to systems, to break the law, or to infringe others’ rights.

Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

Your content

You retain ownership of the builds, URLs, and assets you submit. You grant us the limited right to process them solely to run the checks you request and deliver your reports.

Plans & payment

Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.

Availability

We work to keep Sitetools reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or non-payment.

Disclaimer & liability

Sitetools is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Check results are informational and do not guarantee your site is free of defects. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.

Termination

You may stop using Sitetools at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
